Bio
My real estate career started with an investment firm. I moved on from there to one of the nation’s most successful national home builders where I acquired my real estate license, received the education in the homebuilding process, market analysis, and customer service that I believe all realtors should have. Dwell is now a great fit for me to use the experience, knowledge, and skills to serve my clients.

In 2003 I purchased my first home without a realtor.  My initial thought was correct, “I can do this without a realtor.”  I didn’t stop to think what a realtor truly could bring to the table. Even though I added a bathroom, remodeled the floor plan, and completely renovated the bathroom and kitchen, it didn’t have the outcome it could have.

As this industry continues to change I welcome the challenges it brings. Keeping on top of these changes and guiding others through difficult and confusing markets is the greatest job satisfaction I have found in this industry. I would love the chance to serve as your realtor and welcome you into my Dwell family.

Family

I share my life with my amazing wife Alana. We both were born here in Minnesota and were raised in neighboring cities in the southern suburbs. Family and friends are extremely important to both of us and much of our free time is dedicated to them.
